Nepal - Review on this Restaurant i've been to...

This restaurant was recommended by Lonely Planet Guide Book. I will not name the Restaurant's name but will talk about its service. I've been in the Customer Service Industry for quite some time and able to distinquish whether this is right or not. When i first entered the restaurant, its decor was quite nice, warm and friendly. Once i was seated, i began to look thru' the menu and decided on a pasta meal. When it arrived, the pasta was abit oily but i managed to finish it off. Then i noticed something, the service staff actually gave towels that was used to wipe your hands with to some of their customers but not to me. I was quite upset, was it my dressing or something that they've decided in their mind to treat me less equal than the rest of their customers. I demanded to see the manager and was apologised by him and later on, he also gave some discount off my bill as a goodwill gesture. I thought that if i don't give him a piece of my mind, their service staff will continue to give sub-standards of their service and if recommended by a Guide Book, that shouldn't be the case but instead keep up the good work and top-notch service attitude. When i get back to my hotel, will let you all know my next horrible experience again on my next blog....
