Let's see you in the Blue Mountains

On Sydney's doorstep discover Australia's most accessible wilderness. The Blue Mountains World Heritage Area is one of Australia's natural wonders, its stunning beauty offers an escape from the daily routine and a chance to elevate your senses.

Bushwalks can be accessed from any town or village to suit every fitness level and time frame, from one hour strolls to challenging hikes lasting several days. Ridgetops walks such as the Prince Henry Cliff Walk or the trail linking Govetts Leap and Evans Lookout provided amazing views of the Jamison and Grose Valleys. For the more adventurous, local adventure operators can ensure unforgettable rock-climbing, abseiling and canyoning in safety.

This region is home to 1,300 plant species, 4,000 moths and butterflies, and the greatest concentration of eucalypt diversity in Australia. It is a birdwatchers paradise. At dawn and dusk eastern grey kangaroos can be seen in large numbers at places such as Euroka Clearing or Kedumba Valley.

For every independent traveller, discovering the secrets of the World Heritage region is easy. It's an easy 90min drive by car. Regular train services from Sydney's Central Station get you into the heart of the Mountains in less than 2hrs.

I attach a few pixs for your enjoyment.
