I took a cab to Berjaya Langkawi Resort and was greeted by its friendly customer services representatives. The lobby where i was received was spacious and clean with its 2 restaurants and a swimming pool overlooking the sea. My cottage was located up in the forest which is like a wooden cottage built in the midst of a forest with paths leading to your cottage or you can arrange with the concierge to pick you up from your cottage in a buggy type transport or from the lobby directly to your cottage which is free for all its occupant.
I stayed at Berjaya Langkawi for 2 nights and i've enjoyed my stay tremendously with its friendly service staffs, beautiful landscapes and my lovely wooden cottage, no wonder it has won 2 awards in 1998. For breakfast by its coffeehouse, you'll be spoilt for choices. I picked my local favourite, which consist of rice, satay (meat string together by a wooden stick)and vegetables. In the afternoon, i went for out some sea activities and for dinner, i ate at their restaurant which was nice and cosy with a sing-along band to entertain your dining delights throughout your meals.
