Come the next day, my porter cum guide was scheduled to bring me to Pokhara. We took a bus down to Pokhara and when we finally reach Pokhara, i was already dead tired because of the winding up and down paths. Pokhara is a nice town and lined up with different shops selling almost anything that you need for your trekking trip which starts from here. Bags of various sizes and function are available, restaurant, bars etc..... One shop strikes me most, here sells bags made by the local women community. These women are taught the basics of how to make a bag and they are showcased here in this shop to sell to tourists and make a living out of it. To show my support, i bought a couple of them. For dinner, i visited a Japanese Restaurant. The food served is quite authentic and relatively cheap. A fun day of shopping before we head out for trekking the next day.
