Events Company

Many many years ago, a group of ladies whom were my friends wanted to set up a company where it deals with organising social activities for expats, foreigners staying in Singapore to sort of get together, learn about each other and maybe from there, expand on their circle of friends as well. There was once, they had a activity to celebrate the Lantern Festival with food and drinks for all participants at this place in Singapore called the Chinese Garden. Its a lovely place with many lanterns on display and best of all its free entrance as well, there was a ethnic show that night too where visitors can enjoy watching. We took photographs of each other and we had some good time together mingling around with the guest. We had a good turnout and everyone enjoyed themselves very much.

Till today, i could still remember that vivid day and how i have also helped to made this a successful event. But today, the company has been discontinued and i thought it was really a waste. With those contacts, i thought maybe the ladies may want to set up a online events company geared up to serving the local expats or foreigners here. I know of a online company called Ashop Commerce that specialises in online shopping cart softwares where it helps any individual to set up a online store with their full expertise and help. With just a small monthly investment versus a shop rental which could costs tons of money, i think this idea is a feasible one, don't you think so?
